Well, I hadn't logged my progress in a while. Between trips to Boise and Getting a bad sick bug for a whole month, kind of stopped my habits. Well as of weigh in on Monday it is as follows:
Starting weight: 44
Monday's Weight: 21
I have started exercising more intensely. I bought the book, "Making the Cut", by Jillian Michaels. It is a very hard exercise routine, but one that I have been getting my body ready for the past few months. You are not to begin the exercise until you pass the fitness test and have about 20 or less pounds left to loose. I began the exercises this week, and will begin the diet portion next week. I would have started the two together, but have to wait for the $$$ to go grocery shopping. I am sore again and loving the feeling I have when I have accomplished the routine. I'll keep you posted as I go. If anyone would like to journal here as well, please let me know and I will get you started. It really helps to share your progress. As you can see, not doing so the last month really slowed down my progress.

KR Weigh-In 6/9/09
Well, I must have gained back a couple pounds later on in the week on my trip, because I weighed in today and only lost a total of 1 lb. on my trip. I will take it though. Traveling is hard, especially when you have a lot planned. It was a good trip, and I am glad I still lost a total of 1 lb.

KR Weigh-In 6/1/09
Well, last week I forgot to post this , so for last week I lost two pounds.

Now, I am in Boise today, but I got on my mom's scale the other night, and I lost 3 pounds from then to this morning, so I am going to venture to say I lost 3. I will double check when I get home next week and post actual lost lbs. again then. But, for today....

KR Log 5/20/09
Today I had two fried eggs, 1/2 cup hash browns with ketchup, and a small glass of OJ. For lunch I ate Chicken Caesar Salad, cauliflower, celery w/ pb and crasins, and 1/2 cup Shrimp Scampi. Yummy! For dinner I had a hamburger w/ 2/3 bun, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, mayo, mustard, ketchup. I had one small piece of watermelon. I had water with dinner.

KR Log 5/19/09
Today I ate a breakfast sandwich made from one real egg, fat free cheddar cheese, one slice of peppered Canadian bacon on an English muffin. I had 4 oz. (1/2 cup) of Simply Orange high pulp orange juice with it. For lunch I had a large Chicken Caesar salad, and a glass of milk. For snack I had popcorn with the kids and forgot to balance it. I had about 1 cup. For dinner I had Spaghetti made with whole grain noodles (Barilla brand), Prego Mushroom sauce, and ground venison with onion. I sprinkled parmesan cheese on top and had a side caesar salad. I drank milk with dinner. After workout I had a few cheese slices and some unsweetened dried mango. I got my 8 glasses of water in today.

KR Weigh-In 5/18/09
Starting Weight: 44
Today's Weight: 28
Wahoo!!!!!! I was thrilled with the scale this morning. As I was getting ready to weigh in I thought I would be lucky if the scale said I lost two lbs. I was so shocked when it said I lost FOUR!!!! It was a good week of exercise and closely following the diet. I did splurge and eat cookies, but they were always balanced and eaten during the right amount of time spaces. This was good for me, because I am now motivated! I also got into a smaller pant size this week, but I want to loose a few more lbs. before I wear them. They are slightly snug. :) It was 5 years ago the last time I was able to button those pants. I am just really happy today. I can't ruin it this week. I've got to keep this up!

I have been logging my progress with a friend, and it really helps! I thought I would create another blog where anyone could log their daily diet/exercise to track their progress and be accountable for what they ate each day.
When you add your post, use your initials, and the date. Each Monday morning is weigh-in day. You can post your progress by first determining how much weight you want to lose. That number then becomes your starting weight. For instance, when I started, I wanted to lose 44 lbs. So, my starting weight to post was 44 lbs. Then, each Monday after, I would post the new amount I had to lose. This week, my weight to post looked like this:
