The Diet Plan in a Nutshell
The basic concept of the diet plan is to eat a healthy diet consisting of all the major food groups. You will have to limit some of your fats, but not all. The biggest key to the diet is balancing portions of carbohydrates with portions of protein, and only eating carbohydrates every 2-3 hours. It is a healthy way of eating, easy to do when you have a family to feed, and fits into any budget. The best part is you will loose on average 2-3 lbs. a week!
