KR Log 5/19/09

Today I ate a breakfast sandwich made from one real egg, fat free cheddar cheese, one slice of peppered Canadian bacon on an English muffin. I had 4 oz. (1/2 cup) of Simply Orange high pulp orange juice with it. For lunch I had a large Chicken Caesar salad, and a glass of milk. For snack I had popcorn with the kids and forgot to balance it. I had about 1 cup. For dinner I had Spaghetti made with whole grain noodles (Barilla brand), Prego Mushroom sauce, and ground venison with onion. I sprinkled parmesan cheese on top and had a side caesar salad. I drank milk with dinner. After workout I had a few cheese slices and some unsweetened dried mango. I got my 8 glasses of water in today.

I exercised at the clubhouse for exercise group.
