Today I had two fried eggs, 1/2 cup hash browns with ketchup, and a small glass of OJ. For lunch I ate Chicken Caesar Salad, cauliflower, celery w/ pb and crasins, and 1/2 cup Shrimp Scampi. Yummy! For dinner I had a hamburger w/ 2/3 bun, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, mayo, mustard, ketchup. I had one small piece of watermelon. I had water with dinner.
Exercised w/ exercise group.
