Well, I hadn't logged my progress in a while. Between trips to Boise and Getting a bad sick bug for a whole month, kind of stopped my habits. Well as of weigh in on Monday it is as follows:
Starting weight: 44
Monday's Weight: 21
I have started exercising more intensely. I bought the book, "Making the Cut", by Jillian Michaels. It is a very hard exercise routine, but one that I have been getting my body ready for the past few months. You are not to begin the exercise until you pass the fitness test and have about 20 or less pounds left to loose. I began the exercises this week, and will begin the diet portion next week. I would have started the two together, but have to wait for the $$$ to go grocery shopping. I am sore again and loving the feeling I have when I have accomplished the routine. I'll keep you posted as I go. If anyone would like to journal here as well, please let me know and I will get you started. It really helps to share your progress. As you can see, not doing so the last month really slowed down my progress.
